As another reviewer mentioned, this is a good place for veggie options in an area full of not exactly healthy menus. The roots juice was good, portions of beet, carrot, apple, and ginger seemed on point. The southwest bowl however was not very good. Almost entirely quinoa, very little corn or black beans. Dressing was imperceptible, it was like eating plain greens and quinoa for the most part. Will consider another visit and try another item.
Daily Beet has a great vibe and excellent food. We were looking for something fresh and healthy in a not always vegetarian friendly city. Highly recommend if you are looking for chill vibes and great healthy food.
Awesome meal - got the Orbit and the Pink smoothie. The smoothie was great and filling (I added protein). I wish I asked for the dressing on the side with the Orbit, the bowl was sort of too soaked for my liking.
One of my favorite spots to grab breakfast/lunch in New Orleans. Just cool vibes and good food. The Summer Kale Salad with Tofu, Orbit Bowl and Avocado Toast is a must-try!!
Wow! What a gem we stumbled upon. Loved everything about this establishment. We ordered two juices - Smokey the Bear & NOLA Greens. Both were fresh, tasty and beneficial. For food, we order the Summer Kale and the Rainbow Bowl. We loved them both! Too different to choose a favorite. The portions were appropriate packed with flavor, veggies and protein. The dressings were delicious and light. This is a meal you leave feeling satisfied, healthy, and energized. Plenty of seating available inside with a few small tables outside. The only downside is there’s too many good options to choose from!
Fun place! Pretty nice smoothies even though the skinny green isn’t green haha and a bit mild. Those vegan sweet balls are amazing! The salad I got wasn’t good, leaves weren’t fresh and it was mostly a bowl of rice than anything else.
I've always stuck to the avocado toast, but recently branched out to get their "Orbit" bowl and it was out of this world! Great portion sizes for a healthy option on magazine street. Can't wait to try some of their juice and smoothie options soon!
We love the food at Daily Beet and we're not even vegetarian. I highly recommend either the Indian Curry with delicious roti or the Orbit bowls. We always have to specify that we prefer the egg lightly poached and not hard poached and they usually get that right. I also recommend the PB&J shake and the protein balls (that we try to replicate at home bit can't quite match).
